You can expect to hear back from us regardless of whether or not we have chosen to proceed with an interview. Generally, you will receive a response within a week, but often as early as the same day you applied.
If you are selected for an interview, we will set up a time for you to do an in person interview located at N8371 Cty X in Belleville. The interview will consist of questions regarding your work history, general knowledge pertaining to our field, ability to learn, and character questions to determine if you are a good match for our company culture. Our culture is important to us as it keeps our team strong and happy. At the end of the interview you will have time to ask any questions of us and will be provided with final steps regarding the rest of the hiring process.
